What do you usually eat for breackfast/lunch/dinner? For breackfast i don't usually eat anything, then for lunch i use to eat a large beef fillet accompanied by something spicy, such as nachos with chilli sauce or something similar. And for dinner a hamburger or a sausage. 

Do you often snack? Yes, my favorite snacks are nachos with chilli sauce, I eat them all the time.

What kind of food do you like? I enjoy spicy food and red meat.

Do you like fruit? Not specially, but i try to eat some for my health.

What type of fruit do you like? I enjoy eating whatermelon and strawberrys, delicious!

What are your favourite dishes? It might be a bistec whith rice and eggs.

Description: Mr David Rodriguez is a mechanical enginner who has two kids and a beautiful wife. He likes spicy food and red meats. He dislikes vegetables and fruit. Therefore we have designed a menu high in vitamins and low in cholesterol.

natural yogurt smoothie and fruit  Stewed lentils with vegetables and brown rice     mixed salad, whole      wheat toast with  saldinillas and     roasted vegetables

FRIDAY

orange juice and whole grains


 grilled chicken fillets and brown rice        vegetable cream and           cheese omelette

SATURDAY

 Natural yogurt and whole grain jam toast without sugar


rice salad and grilled beef steak     mashed potatoes

SUNDAY

whole wheat toast with fresh cheese and orange juice   carrot and potato cream         with turkey fillet mixed salad and walnuts

    I'm fine thanks


    Well gavi tell me why you have come?


    I came because I have a gastroesophageal reflux disease problem


    Gavin what do you usually eat for breakfast/lunch/dinner?


    I eat a lot of citrus and fatty foods, since for me it is the easiest and quickest thing to do, and I am so used to it that it is what I like and enjoy the most.


    Do you eat snacks often?


    Every day for breakfast


    What food do you like the most?


    I really like pasta, whether with ingredients and spices, with tomato, pesto..., and dirty hamburgers


    Do you like vegetables and fruit?


    The truth is that I love almost all fruit, I enjoy it a lot, but the truth is that I eat very little and out of commitment, but I try to avoid it.


    Okay perfect and what kind of vegetables do you like? 


    I really like broccoli, I eat a lot of beans and spinach with cheese because otherwise I won't eat them.


    What is something that cannot be missing from your dishes?


    The truth is that spices such as pepper, garlic powder and, above all, spice, there is almost nothing that I wouldn't eat with spice, I love it.

    A glass of skimmed milk and  a little sweet ham

    Vegetables with a French omelette

    White meat with a little vegetables, for dessert a skimmed yogurt with honey

    A bowl with an assortment of fruits (banana, pear and apple) with a chamomile

    Vegetable puree with a little white fish and for dessert a skimmed yogurt with honey

    Two eggs with a little turkey, sweet ham and skimmed cheese

    A skimmed yogurt with honey

    white fish with a hard-boiled egg and a drink of lime

        How many meals do you eat a day?

    -I usually have lunch and dinner and have something in between.

         Okay, from now on we start to have a good routine and at least 3 meals a day and something                   between  meals

    -I don't have allergies, but I don't like most proteins.

    - Spicy food followed by fruit, especially oranges.

    - Do you think you consume enough fruits and vegetables daily? 
    - No, curiously I eat very little fruit for how much I like it, the same happens with vegetables

    - Do you prefer white or brown rice?
    - I like the white rice more, however I recently tried the whole wheat reef and I liked it a lot

    - Do you like legumes? 
    - I love them, when I was a kid I ate a lot of stew that my mother prepared, however since I    was not here I stopped eating it

    - What kind of fish you like?
    - I really love sardines and baked sea and salmon.

    - Oops, I'm sorry... What kind of meat do you like? 
    - I really like chicken, beef and lamb, pork is good but I don't love it either, the one I can't        stand is rabbit meat.
