What do you usually eat for breackfast/lunch/dinner? For breackfast i don't usually eat anything, then for lunch i use to eat a large beef fillet accompanied by something spicy, such as nachos with chilli sauce or something similar. And for dinner a hamburger or a sausage. 

Do you often snack? Yes, my favorite snacks are nachos with chilli sauce, I eat them all the time.

What kind of food do you like? I enjoy spicy food and red meat.

Do you like fruit? Not specially, but i try to eat some for my health.

What type of fruit do you like? I enjoy eating whatermelon and strawberrys, delicious!

What are your favourite dishes? It might be a bistec whith rice and eggs.

Name: David Rodriguez.    Age: 45.    Problems: Hight cholesterol and hypertension.            

Description: Mr David Rodriguez is a mechanical enginner who has two kids and a beautiful wife. He likes spicy food and red meats. He dislikes vegetables and fruit. Therefore we have designed a menu high in vitamins and low in cholesterol.

 A little bowl of fruit salad  and water  A medium portion of    roasted vegetables and water         asparagus                omelette

TUESDAY

whole wheat toast with olive oil and cherry tomatoes   arugula and fresh cheese salad, brown rice with tuna and vegetables

                           

     fresh gazpacho

WEDNESDAY

    coffee with skimmed milk and nuts          roast chicken with potatoes  and whole wheat bread

                               


     broccoli and roasted salmon 

THURSDAY

natural yogurt smoothie and fruit  Stewed lentils with vegetables and brown rice     mixed salad, whole      wheat toast with  saldinillas and     roasted vegetables

FRIDAY

orange juice and whole grains


 grilled chicken fillets and brown rice        vegetable cream and           cheese omelette

SATURDAY

 Natural yogurt and whole grain jam toast without sugar


rice salad and grilled beef steak     mashed potatoes

SUNDAY

whole wheat toast with fresh cheese and orange juice   carrot and potato cream         with turkey fillet mixed salad and walnuts
