Ingredients:
-Meat
-Breadcrumbs
-Egs
Preparation:
1- Heat oil in a frying pan
2- Beat an egg
3- We fillet the meat
4- We take a fillet and soak it in the beaten egg
5- once passed through the egg we pass it through the breaded bread
6- and we put it in the hot pan
7- when it is well done and golden we plate it
