2n Plate French omelette with bread and tomato



Ingredients


  •  Eggs

  •  Oil

  • Salt

  • Bread

  • Tomato spread


Elaboration


  1. We take the bread and cut it to our liking.

  2. Once the bread is cut, we cut the tomato in half and spread it on top of the soft part of the bread.

  3. Once the bread is prepared, we take a bowl and break 2 eggs inside.

  4. Once the eggs are broken, take a fork and begin to stir them until they are well beaten.

  5. We add a little salt

  6. Once the eggs are ready, we put the pan on the heat and open it.

  7. We pour a little oil in the pan

  8. And once hot we add the beaten eggs and we are shaping the tortilla.

  9. When it is already done, we take it out and put it on the plate, next to the bread.
